Personal Laundry Services

$2.50 per pound.
20 lb minimum per order ($50.00 minimum).
Professionally washed, dried, folded, and ready to put away.
Whites and darks are washed separately as part of our standard process unless you request otherwise.

Medium Load (1-2 laundry baskets) = 15-25 lbs
Large Load (2-3 laundry baskets) = 25-40 lbs
Family Size (3+ laundry baskets) = 40-60 lbs

Standard turnaround time is 24–48 hours after approval.

Delivery outside our regular service area is available for an additional fee.

Once we pick up your laundry, we'll weigh it and provide your final price before washing begins.
You'll receive:
A photo of your laundry on the scale showing the weight.
A text message with your total cost.
An invoice for approval.
We never begin washing your laundry until you've approved the invoice.

After your laundry has been weighed and approved, an invoice will be sent.

1. Schedule Your Pickup
We'll arrange a pickup date and time window that works best for you.

2. Prepare Your Laundry
If you're comfortable doing so, please place your laundry outside your door or in your designated pickup location before your scheduled pickup window.
If you prefer another pickup arrangement, simply let us know when booking.

3. We Pick Up & Weigh
We'll collect your laundry and weigh it at our facility.
You'll receive:
A photo of the scale showing your laundry weight.
A text message with your total.
An invoice.
Your approval before we begin washing.

4. We Wash, Dry & Fold
Once approved, we'll professionally wash, dry, fold, and package your laundry with care.

5. Delivery
Your freshly cleaned laundry will be delivered back to your home.
Standard turnaround time is 24–48 hours after approval.

6. Your Complimentary Laundry Bag
After your first completed order has been delivered, we'll provide you with one of our complimentary Supreme Clean Co. Laundry reusable laundry bags. Simply use it for your next laundry order to make future pickups quick, organized, and convenient.
Important Information
Please check all pockets before pickup.
We are not responsible for money, jewelry, or personal items left in garments.
Stain removal cannot be guaranteed.
Whites and darks are washed separately unless requested otherwise.
Scent-free and sensitive skin detergents are available upon request.
Please advise us of delicate garments, air-dry items, or special care instructions.
We reserve the right to refuse items that are excessively soiled, contaminated, infested, or require specialized cleaning.
Missed Pickup Policy
Please ensure your laundry is ready during your scheduled pickup window.
If we arrive and your laundry is not available, a $15 missed pickup fee may apply.
If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice whenever possible.

A standard laundry basket typically weighs 10–15 lbs. If you're unsure, don't worry, we'll weigh your laundry upon arrival and let you know before processing.

Yes. We separate lights and darks whenever appropriate to help protect your clothing unless you request otherwise.

We'll do our best to treat common stains, but we cannot guarantee complete stain removal. Some stains become permanent depending on the fabric and how long they've been set.
