  • Yes. Our cleaners come fully equipped with all necessary supplies. If you have specific products you'd prefer we use, please leave them out and let us know. If you have a vacuum cleaner available, that's appreciated—but we're happy to bring our own if needed.

  • We use high-quality, effective cleaning products. If you prefer eco-friendly or green products, just let us know—we're happy to accommodate.

  • No. You're welcome to provide a door or garage code for access. For the first clean, it may be helpful to be home to meet the team and discuss any specific requests.

  • Absolutely! We love all your amazing pets. Just let us know about any special instructions related to your pets.

  • We typically send either one cleaner or a team of two to three, depending on the job. We always try to send the same cleaner(s) each time for consistency—unless they're on vacation or unavailable.

  • Yes, we are fully insured to protect your home and our team.

  • We're happy to change any bedding or linens left out for us—just let us know in advance so we can schedule the right amount of time.

    Laundry services are available as an add-on and include an additional charge.

  • Simply fill out our estimation form online. We'll be in touch within 24 hours to confirm details and schedule your cleaning.

  • If anything is accidentally damaged, your cleaner will report it right away and we'll contact you as soon as possible. We handle your home with care, but we're honest and transparent if something goes wrong.

  • The most asked question out there! Unfortunately there's no set time limit. We like to take our time and pride ourselves on the quality of our work - so while we would be able to give you a baseline average number, we don't want to be held to that. We want the work to speak for itself. Depending on the size of the home and the amount of work required to clean, it will vary greatly. If you find us still scrubbing baseboards at 10pm, don't hesitate to ask us to leave.

  • We do a background checks on every single independent contractor which consists of a police background check.

  • We have an AMAZING redo policy! If you are not completely satisfied - we'll come back and redo any missed spots/areas completely free of charge, whenever you want!

  • We try not to use our own equipment and chemicals as you know what your house smells like and what is safe. So please leave out what you would like us to use.

  • We accept e-transfer or credit card, and all payment details will be included in your invoice

  • We understand plans change. However, cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled cleaning will incur a $50 fee to cover time set aside for your appointment.

  • Yes, and tips are always appreciated! While not expected, they're a great way to thank your cleaner for a job well done.
